Testing the Ad Grid group type

Each grid consists of two ads. The order is random.

Only the placements that use cache-busting might change the order on page reload.

Ads loaded with AJAX cache-busting should only use a single call, not multiple.
This page has two ads loaded through placements set up with AJAX cache-busting.
When checking in the error console, only one ajax call should run, but both ads should show up.

This page recycles existing ajax placements and didn’t create new ones.

This page tests a roadblock, which means that the first ad and the second should match (either both images or html). While the ads in the first group set a cookie, the ads in the second get checked for that cookie.
