Test Visitor Conditions which use a cookie and/or count page impressions.

The following ads should show up here:

• max ad impressions: 8, the ad showing up contains the number and a link to remove the stats
• max page impressions: show after 3 page impressions (all pages, not just this one)
• cookie: show if page-impressions cookie is exactly 3
• new visitor: show only on first page impression

A placement with a random group that is not using cache-busting. This meant, the same ad keeps showing when reloading the page.
